E2606L-O2 stationary oxygen analyzer is designed to measure
oxygen content in exhaust gases in oil-, gas-, wood chip-, pellet-,
coal and other biofuel fired boilers and furnaces.
The analyzer uses solid state electrochemical zirconium dioxide
sensor, providing high measurement accuracy and long-term
stability in the wide range of gas temperature. E2606L-O2 with a
controller and actuator allows to optimize the ratio of air / fuel
consumption, increasing the boiler efficiency.
The oxygen analyzer consists of two parts: the oxygen sensor
probe with 2 m cable and the transmitter unit. E2606L-O2 is
designed for industrial use.
The linear analog output 4-20 mA or 0-10 V corresponds to the
oxygen concentration and the deviation is less than 1% O2 for the
range 2-21% O2. The analog output enables to connect the
analyzer to a logger or a controller for monitoring or control the
burning process. A digital RS485 interface with Modbus RTU
protocol allows direct Fieldbus networking of up to 31 units. The
relay output can be used to set an alarm or to adjust the burning
process by appropriate actuator.
